The solution

agil® Loyalty Development was designed to enable distribution brands to offer greater dynamic to relations with customers through an unlimited data sheet and by means of a highly efficient customer advantages and points management system. But GENERIX Group goes even further by allowing real-time dialogue with customers in the retail outlet itself:

  • At head office: advantages creation assistant based on data on articles, retail outlets, receipt content, period and Customer data.
  • At cash desk: automatic print-out of relevant messages on the cash desk receipt.
  • An assistant for the definition of attributions and for the uses of loyalty points.

Use of a powerful engine integrating the Customer aspect for the creation of targeted advantages (Agil Animation Commerciale sales promotion ) Based on unlimited customer criteria, you can target various sales operations (reduction coupons at cash desk, automatic % or value discount, parcels, gifts, 3 for the price of 2, the 3rd at 1 euro, etc.). An assistant is available to the user to create such sales operations very simply and quickly.

A powerful engine for the creation of targeted messages allowing, depending on the content of the receipt, static and dynamic customer data and on the period and the retail outlet where the customer is present, to issue the right message in real time.

A dynamic customer database: defining as much data as you wish (date, free fields, multiple choice fields, Boolean, etc.) on the customer sheet. Those data are then used for the definition of your customized questionnaires, your advantages, your customer segmentation.
