The Solution

The Infolog GTS solution proposed by Generix Group concentrates and mutualizes compulsory and legal information of traceability, according to products typology , from various sites with an optimal control of data exchanges. This solution enables the data preservation according to delays depending from laws guarding.

Supplier: Infolog GTS allows suppliers to be able to identify products, made and delivered lots, and to detect all lots which have undergone a manufacturing incident.

Logistic Provider: Infolog GTS allows logistics provider to locate a logistics unit wherever it is: in warehouse, at your customer and to manage real time withdrawal or reminder procedures.

Distributor: Infolog GTS enables to distributors a quantitative, qualitative follow-up (DLV / DLUO identification, manufactured lots, dates of slaughter(cutting down) for the meat) and logistics (Flows follow-up and Supply chain improvement).

Functionalities

• Infolog GTS tracks incoming and outgoing goods, right to the point of delivery (POD), including the elementary lot codes breakdown for mixed SSCC codes picked in the warehouses.

• Infolog GTS monitors goods in transit between warehouses (inter-site notion for WMS).

• Infolog GTS tracks various stock movements that impact traceability (changes to the lot code, SSCC, BBE, inventory divergences, etc.).

• Infolog GTS has standard connectors for exchanges with most market WMS.

• If an alert occurs, Infolog GTS includes an automatic immobilisation request that "freezes" the goods in a warehouse and blocks any incoming goods that have not yet been processed by receiving.

• Infolog GTS can manage the recall and destruction of goods subject to a ban on their sale.

• Infolog GTS can be used to search for the location of products when an alert occurs. An impact analysis then enables immediate reactivity (number of sites concerned, number of cartons, of consumer units, weights...).

• Depending on the configuration, Infolog GTS can also issue automatic alerts (SMS, email, and workflow) and forward this information to an upstream traceability tool.

• Infolog GTS has the capability for managing all types of crises, providing quality control managers a real cockpit that allows them to control and supervise the critical operations.
