The Academy meets training needs in line with the Group development in France and abroad. It offers full training courses around the 4 ranges of the Generix Collaborative Business offer.
Professionalism
Our teachers are experienced consultants and products' experts. This expertise makes training sessions pragmatic and practical. To develop the group's dynamism and to make the session interactive, training courses are organised in sequences, alternating theory, demonstrations and practical work. Each participant is given a training book at the beginning of the course, enabling them to take notes as they learn.
Courses
The courses cover all the functions required to have in-depth knowledge of Generix Group products.
- Functional: settings, concepts, etc.
- Development : creating functionalities in Web mode.
- Technical: installation of products and database in different architectures. The courses give a global view of the steps needed to acquire knowledge for the credit units and the necessary time between the units to gain experience.
The courses are validated with a certification session. This confirms that the participant has the level required to carry out his job. For the customer, it guarantees they are getting quality service.
Credit Units
The Credit Units are modular-based, to allow the participant to acquire the skill progressively, by organising personal time between each unit . Each Credit Unit is described in the course catalog, which are available on request.
Timetable
The Academy organises inter-company training sessions on its sites in Lille, Paris and Rennes. The timetable depends on the courses chosen. It is available on request.
