The Central Laundry Service (SCB) has achieved the optimisation of its "linen" operations with the Generix Collaborative Entreprise solution.

Thanks to the GCE solution, The organization of the Central Laundry Service is optimized:

- Repository management: The product and the customer reference data are now managed by the Generix Group. The concept of the "customer group" is applied and manages the department associations with hubs, and hubs with hospitals.

- Invoicing: The GCE solution includes both the invoicing for regular contracts (linen rental) and laundry service provisions.

- Deliveries: The products travel in rolls which are taken into account by the SCB's delivery shuttles. The Generix Group provides the tracking of the rolls shipping.

TradeXpress handles the transfer of more than 30 Million messages (data files) for MONTPELLIER C.H.U. between a variety of applications spread over 40 servers (UNIX, Windows NT/2000) and 20 PCs (Windows NT). The first six months of 2003, 5.2 Million messages were processed.
