A "Supply Chain" book club

In order to promote the best books in this field, Supply Chain Magazine and Generix Group wanted to create a "Supply Chain Book Club". The purpose of this is to select Supply Chain books (logistics, operations' management, production, purchasing, etc.) and to encourage literary production in this field.

The Book Club meets every two months, with an author, to discuss a book. It is made up of some of the most well-known Supply Chain experts and consultants. Discussions tackle different points of view and promote the most interesting works. At the end of the year, there will be a prize for the best "Supply Chain" book.

Presentation of the book

The Supply Chain is formed of all the parties involved in satisfying a customer's request. Today it concerns every component of the company. It analyses the ways it is organised and managed, its improvement levers and the tools needed to adapt it and to move it forwards. Lastly, it offers new ways of thinking.
