The recruitment process
The same recruitment and induction process applies to trainees as to employees. Trainees benefit from training programmes, have real responsibilities and autonomy in their tasks. Your application will be considered by the Human Resources team, then, at a second stage, you will be called in to meet operational staff. In all events, the recruitment process is entirely transparent: each applicant, selected or not, shall receive feedback of their interview.
