We therefore pay special attention to the first days of our new recruits to guarantee our joint success.Our induction programme is adjusted to the activity. Each new hire starts with welcome days: presentation of the company, its activities, its customers and products, tools training, etc.

Training: develop your skills

Your manager is there to support you and to help you work out which training courses (in-house and external) will be the best for you. Together, you will decide which training courses are useful for you to develop your skills at every step of your career.
The Generix Group Academy proposes comprehensive courses (activities, techniques and functions) in the group's product ranges. You will also benefit from the following training:

  • finding out about the company: an overview of all of our businesses and knowledge of the group and its activities,
  • in-depth training in our areas of expertise via training given by the Generix Group Academy,
  • adaptation to technical and technological developments,
  • new methodologies and processes,
  • personal development: basics such as communication or public speaking courses, or management and leadership programmes.

Evolution: improve your employability

Generix Group has its own repository of professions. We have a mapping of jobs, possible career paths and tools to assess skills activity by activity.
Our performance management policy depends on a number of HR tools that accompany the employee throughout their career: yearly appraisal and development interview, people review (career committee to assess development potential and prospects), mobility space (job offers posted internally), etc.
But these resources would amount to nothing without the essential role that your manager plays. To prove how important we think it is to develop skills, your future managers are themselves assessed on their ability to make you progress.
