In response to the development of our On Demand activity, we have organised two teams to improve our response time, and therefore yours! On the basis of our experience, we have industrialised our methods and processes to improve our deployment rapidity. For greater proximity and responsiveness, our teams are organised in On Demand Operation Centres; they make kits to set parameters by activity and industrialise their processes. Result: deployment time is reduced to 2 to 3 weeks for the On Demand solution GCS WMS .

To maintain our SLAs with the response time and reliability expected, we put customers at the centre of our organisation. We are currently deploying a new support portal in view of this: mygenerixsupport.com. Users of our On Demand solutions can contact our support service directly and make a request for information or declare an incident. They can follow the progress of their request in real time.
Designed to establish a lasting link between our customers and our support service, mygenerixsuppport.com archives old requests so that everyone can capitalise on these exchanges with our experts.
Full integration in your environment
Over time, we have acquired perfect knowledge of issues related to integrating applications in our customers' information systems. More than integration, we speak of synchronisation.
