Resilient infrastructure
Generix Group uses the services of a European infrastructure hosting leader. The data centres have a redundant infrastructure including UPS, generators, air conditioning and fire detection and removal systems. These datacentres are under the highest anti-intrusion protection: they have security guards as well as a CCTV(Closed Circuit TeleVision) surveillance system on site. The site is accessed via a highly secure procedure, such as biometric recognition (IRIS).

Multi-operator IP Transit
On Demand solutions by Generix Group using the Multi-operator IP Transit service remain connected, even when the operators experience connection difficulties. The most efficient Internet access operators have been chosen for our IP platform. The best operator is dynamically selected and your Internet traffic is distributed towards it.
If one of the operators breaks down, the Internet traffic is automatically and instantly redirected to the other operators connected to our platform. Operators' connection is continually measured and monitored pro-actively. If a link is too busy or has a problem, the operation and monitoring centre receives an alert and acts immediately.
Interconnection of sites and network connections
The private network of Generix Group On Demand solutions on the main site of Courbevoie is connected to Internet via the multi-operator platform in Courbevoie. Delivery is via two Fastethernet interfaces. The throughput is guaranteed.
