Abstract:

Already under strain from trade wars and a rise in hurricanes and other natural disasters, the supply chain was wholly unprepared for the massive disruption brought on by the COVID-19 global pandemic. While the business world has struggled to find its feet in the wake of the pandemic’s initial wave, supply chain leaders have also recognized an opportunity to identify and address shortcomings in current processes. As 2020 winds down, the supply chain sector has begun to analyze what works and what doesn’t in pursuit of a new set of best practices and methodologies that meet the needs of this new normal.

This webinar will discuss some of the key factors involved in building a more resilient post-pandemic supply chain in 2021 and beyond, including:

  • Lessons learned from the COVID-19 pandemic
  • Accelerating technology implementation to improve agility
  • Methods for developing a more proactive supply chain network
  • Building trust into supply chain practices
