Paris, October 7, 2016 - Generix Group, Industrial, Logistical and Retail Ecosystems provider with leading Collaborative Software Solutions, issued today the completion relating the acquisition of a stake in the Canadian Company Sologlobe Logistique Inc, specialized in Supply Chain solutions.
In accordance with the agreement signed on September 14, Generix Group becomes the Sologlobe Logistique Inc’s majority shareholder.
