When the coronavirus travel bans took effect in early 2020, Generix Group had several large-scale WMS projects scheduled to go-live. Delaying was not an option. In this presentation our General Manager, Philippe Gautrin, will illustrate how our team met this challenge head-on via fully remote implementations.

Our Presenters: Doug Mefford has more than 25 years experience in the Supply Chain industry, from inventory control to operational leadership within an Omni Channel distribution operation. Prior to Generix, Doug Mefford was the operations manager for the Dallas Cowboys, overseeing their warehouse operations, retail distribution, silk screen manufacturing and direct-to-consumer order fulfillment.

Phillipe Gautrin has been the General Manager of Generix Group North America since 2019. Prior to this, Philippe has accumulated almost 30 years of supply chain & logistics experience overseeing hundreds of projects in the U.S., Canada and Europe.
