Raphaël held a number of positions at IBM France in the Data and BI field, culminating in his appointment as Director of Sales for IBM Software Group France. He then moved on to IBM’s Services division, where he combined sales and delivery to manage IBM Global Technology Infrastructure Services France, in the wake of the acceleration of SaaS and Cloud. In 2020, Raphaël will lead the demerger of the services business in France with the creation of Kyndryl. He holds an International Master’s Degree in Management from Skema Business School. Raphaël joined Generix Group’s Executive Committee in 2023 as Chief Revenue Officer, helping accelerate the company’s transformation journey. In March 2024, he was appointed President & CEO of Generix, where he leads the company’s transition to an AI-driven business model and supports its international growth strategy.

Jean-Baptiste Valeyre was appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Generix in May 2025. An engineer by training, he has solid experience in team management and operational transformation in demanding environments. Before joining Generix, he was Deputy CEO of Leader Price (Casino Group), then co-owner and CEO of Maison Dubernet, where he led major transformation and development projects.

Jean-Baptiste also spent more than 13 years in strategy consulting, notably at Advancy and as a founding partner of SCP. There, he assisted major groups in defining and implementing growth strategies, change management, and price optimization, with particular expertise in the technology and telecommunications sectors.

Recognized for his skills in strategic project management, he has led transformation projects in the areas of finance, management control, sales, franchise network management, and operational excellence. At Generix, his mission is to accelerate the company’s global transformation and strengthen operational excellence to drive customer satisfaction in a SaaS context.

With more than 25 years of experience in financial leadership, Benoît has consistently demonstrated his ability to build robust organizations in fast‑evolving technological environments. At IBM and later at BNP Paribas, he successfully built and led high‑performing transnational teams, defined a clear vision, and deployed value‑creating strategies. His expertise and strategic perspective are key assets in strengthening our ambition and accelerating our international development.

Pierre has nearly 20 years’ experience in sales management for IBM Software and IBM Services. He has held a variety of team management and project management positions to support major customers in their digital transformation. In 2021, he was appointed head of sales for Kyndryl in France, working as a member of the management committee on the launch of this new global group, born of the spin-off of IBM’s infrastructure services. Since January 2022, Pierre has been VP Managing Partner of the Carrefour account, supporting this major customer in its digital transformation trajectory. He joined Generix in September 2023 to lead the French subsidiary. He was subsequently appointed General Manager for EMEA North and Asia Pacific. In May 2026, he was appointed Chief Revenue Officer.

Juliette Bailly holds a Master’s degree in business law and began her career as a lawyer in a law firm specialized in litigation in the fields of intellectual property and commercial law. Following this experience, she joined the Astek Group, specialized in engineering and technology consulting, as a general counsel for 3 years.
In 1997, she joined Generix Group teams as the company’s first lawyer and, a few years later, became Head of the company’s legal department. She joined Generix Group’s executive committee in 2021.

Franck Lizzi-Chardon is CTO and a member of the Executive Committee at Generix Group, a provider of supply chain and data exchange software. He leads the company’s technology strategy and oversees all R&D activities, with more than 250 engineers across international teams.

His conviction: in the age of AI, technology is not rented – it is capitalized. He is driving Generix’s transformation toward a SaaS model where AI generates reusable software capital rather than one-off productivity gains. In practice, this translates into the modernization of the application portfolio (WMS, TMS, VMI, EDI, e-invoicing) and a redesigned R&D organization (less hierarchical, AI-augmented) serving both supply chain and financial operations for clients worldwide.

Before joining Generix, he served as CTO at Citégestion (EDF Group) and DDS Logistics, where he led large-scale transformation programs, structured offshore organizations, and deployed agile practices at scale. With over 20 years of experience in enterprise software and IT services, his guiding principle has remained the same: aligning technology vision with business value.

For him, technology is above all a human lever. He advocates a management style based on trust, empowerment, and continuous skill development – the foundation of sustainable performance.

Yannick’s impressive background includes 17+ years at a major European bank, where he managed production, IT transformation, and major cloud initiatives. He has also held senior positions at leading software companies like VMware. His strong expertise will contribute to our ongoing commitment to client satisfaction, business continuity and security.

His mission is to support the current quality of service, enable its scalability, and foster innovation. This involves ensuring the operation of the current structure, its modernization with IT standardization, automation, robustness, resilience, security, and economic efficiency. Additionally, it requires managing challenges related to new technologies such as AI, Cyber Security and Cloud service offerings.

For 25 years, Olivier worked in the field of logistics where he acquired highly recognized expertise in logistics performance and improvement for businesses in Europe, Canada, USA and Latin America. While working as a consultant, as VP Strategic development or as VP Operations, he realized and supervised more than 100 projects related to the rationalization and improvement of overall business activities, operations, and systems. His areas of expertise are mainly related to strategic planning, department restructuring, business optimization, change management, process reengineering and information systems implementation. Olivier thrives by bringing to his clients a sharp understanding of the use of international standards which results in significant improvements for overall business operations.

With over 10 years’ experience in consulting and managing multidisciplinary teams, Nicolas Deschamps has developed recognized expertise in building lasting business relationships and implementing strategic growth initiatives. As Vice-President, Customer Success and Partner Alliances, Nicolas oversees key partnerships and technology collaborations, playing a central role in optimizing the company’s market strategy in North America. His expertise encompasses strategic planning, process optimization and the integration of innovative solutions, generating measurable improvements in organizational performance. Passionate about creating value, Nicolas excels at aligning partnerships with global objectives, ensuring exceptional results and lasting impact for the company and its customers.

Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources, Mylène Drouin is passionate about people development and the many dimensions of the HR field. After completing several internships during her studies, she joined Generix Group as a Human Resources Specialist and has grown within the organization over the years.

As Human Resources Manager, Mylène plays a key role in supporting teams, managing talent, and continuously improving HR practices. She actively contributes to implementing processes tailored to local realities while supporting the organization’s global objectives. Known for her human-centered, structured, and proactive approach, she fosters a healthy and engaging work environment that promotes both individual and collective growth.

With over a decade of experience in WMS implementation, Rémy has demonstrated exceptional skill in various roles, showcasing his adaptability and leadership. As the Head for Product Management and R&D, Rémy oversees software development delivery and strategic product management, playing a pivotal role in driving key initiatives and optimizing delivery processes. His expertise spans deep knowledge in Supply Chain and process optimization, leading to significant improvements in organizational performance. Known for his natural leadership and value-oriented approach, Rémy excels at aligning team efforts with company goals, ensuring outstanding results and lasting impact.

With over 15 years of experience in digital marketing and demand generation, Charlotte Bagnara has built a strong reputation for driving strategic growth and delivering measurable results across diverse industries. As Marketing Manager for North America, she is responsible for designing and executing localized marketing and communication strategies aligned with the group’s global objectives. She analyzes the North American market to inform global strategy, builds tailored marketing plans for Canada and the U.S., and ensures the successful localization and implementation of global programs and campaigns across each region.
