Generix appoints Jimmy Anidjar as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board

The company sets its ambition: become the global leader in supply chain execution and electronic invoicing

Press release

Paris La Défense, October 16th: Generix today announced the appointment of Jimmy Anidjar as non-executive Chairman of its Board, as the company enters its global, AI-native phase.

AI is rewriting how the real economy runs: warehouses, transport, orders, invoices, payments. The software companies that own the data behind those flows will shape the next decade of enterprise technology. Generix intends to be one of them, and to build it from Europe.

Generix builds the AI software behind the invisible infrastructure of the real economy: the flow of goods and the flow of their payment. Its critical applications run 2,000 warehouses, 5 million transports a day and more than 4 billion orders and invoices a year for some of the world’s largest companies. Product to cash, compliant, in over 60 countries, on thirty years of data.

In 2026, Generix crossed €100M in annual recurring revenue, reaching centaur status among European B2B software companies. The next phase is a change of scale, not of course: same platform, same commitments to customers, now global, with AI native to the product.

Jimmy Anidjar brings the experience that phase demands. He sits on the board of Mirakl, one of the very few French tech companies to have created a category and taken it worldwide. Over the past decade, as independent director and senior advisor to CEOs and shareholders, he has worked with Nexthink, LumApps, Neolane and many more, as they turned European success into global outcomes. Before that, he ran large software operations himself: Senior Vice President Western Europe, Middle East & Africa at Oracle, then President Global Fast Growth & Emerging Markets at SAP, after more than 30 years of general management across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Latin America.

“Everyone will have the same AI models. Not everyone has thirty years of data on how goods and money actually move. That is our position, and this is the moment to take it global,” said Raphaël Sanchez, CEO of Generix. “Jimmy knows the distance between a €100M company and a global leader, from the board seat and from the operating seat. That is exactly the experience my leadership team and I wanted alongside us.”

“Generix has what few have: the data, the customers and the product. Few European software companies start a global journey from this position. My job is to help the board and the team turn it into leadership, and to do it at speed,” said Jimmy Anidjar, non-executive Chairman of Generix.
