At the heart of the resilient distribution center is the technology platform that provides for the automation of warehouse operations. This is accomplished with the warehouse management system (WMS). Prior to Generix, Doug Mefford was the operations manager for the Dallas Cowboys, overseeing their warehouse operations, retail distribution, silk screen manufacturing and direct-to-consumer order fulfillment.
