Generix Group, a global provider of collaborative SaaS Software solutions for the Supply Chain, industrial, and retail ecosystems, operator in the electronic invoicing market for 25 years, joins the European E-invoicing Service Providers Association after the approval of its application by the EESPA board.

All over the world, e-invoicing is experiencing strong growth driven by regulatory obligations, the benefits of digitalization and the need to implement resilient processes in the context of the health crisis. However, the connection between buyers and sellers, the disparate management systems and the multiplicity of e-invoicing providers is causing interoperability problems.

To meet these challenges, several international institutions - including the European Commission - are developing and deploying interoperability standards that facilitate and accelerate the deployment of electronic invoicing. They are working together with EESPA, an international association that brings together and organizes interoperability between operators.

Founded in 2011, EESPA gathers about 100 members, including e-invoicing operators and consulting companies. Its missions are to create an interoperable and contractual ecosystem between providers, to intervene with political organizations, to participate in the definition of standards and to promote the development of electronic invoicing.
Thanks to interoperability, companies no longer need to be connected to several solutions. They can select a single service provider who will ensure their deployment in the operators' network. Thus, the deployment of exchanges is faster, cheaper, traceability and service levels are ensured from end to end.

"Already member of the Fédération Nationale de la Facture Electronique and GS1 interoperability charters, Generix Group is maintaining its commitment to the development of electronic invoicing through technical and commercial interoperability between digital service providers. We are pleased to join EESPA, whose interoperability models are a reference in the market", says Christophe VIRY, Product Marketing Director at Generix Group.
