Bernard Stockage & Logistique chooses Generix Group's WMS solution
Bernard Stockage & Logistique, the logistics subsidiary of the G.BERNARD Transport & Logistique group, has chosen the warehouse management system (WMS) of Generix Group, a global provider of collaborative SaaS Software solutions for the Supply Chain, industrial, and retail ecosystems.
The G.BERNARD group has been specialized for over 55 years in the management of goods flows. Today, the group stands out for its know-how in two major fields that are both distinct and complementary: logistics and transport. The group is a member of the Astre group, which brings together more than 150 European SMEs in the sector, and thus offers its customers a national and international pallet network service, guaranteeing the security and traceability of shipments, from the collection of the goods to their delivery.
Within the context of a call for tenders, Bernard Stockage & Logistique chose Generix Group's WMS solution for its 3PL activities. Generix Group stood out thanks to its 100% SaaS solution which perfectly meets the company's needs. The solution will increase agility, efficiency, real-time inventory control and maximum service quality.
The G.BERNARD group is strongly established in France with three warehouses in the Drôme department (2 warehouses in Loriol-sur-Rhône, 1 warehouse in Etoile-sur-Rhône) and is also present in the department of Bouches-du-Rhône with one warehouse (Lançon-de-Provence).
Generix Group's warehouse management solution (WMS) will initially be deployed in the Etoile-sur-Rhône warehouse. This first step will pave the way for a collaboration that will extend to the three other warehouses by creating a "core model", aiming at harmonizing and replicating processes. Thus, Generix Group's teams will work closely with Bernard Stockage & Logistique's teams to get the solution up and running in this first warehouse before deploying it to the rest.
