The project in details

Context of the Norauto project

With regard to supplier invoices, the chain set out to digitise invoices in order to eliminate paper processing and archiving operations. The objective was set to integrate 90% of the invoice volume by EDI in order to avoid data entry and to facilitate the work of the approach by processing the data online. This has a de facto impact on 35 major suppliers.

Electronic invoicing solution

For this project, Norauto chose Generix Invoice Services.

Invoices received are automatically checked and archived before being converted by the servers located at Generix Group. They are then sent to the ERP for integration.

Since significant benefits were observed in the first phase, when they integrated the first suppliers, they decided to extend this practice to all suppliers. They decided to extend this practice to all Norauto suppliers.
