Generix Group ramps up R&D investment and launches Generix Soft Group Romania

Generix Group, a SaaS product provider for industrial, logistics and retail ecosystems, is ramping up its investment in research and development, and announces the launch of Generix Soft Group Romania. The newest subsidiary of Generix Group is a software engineering competence center based in Cluj, a technology center as well as an economic hub located in the north-west of the country. The investment is to be finalized on October 30th and remains subject to the customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals. This new entity will be a subsidiary of Generix Group SA.

Summary

Due to the acquisition of a local company, Generix Soft Group Romania will launch with over 70 active employees working on the group’s software solutions. The newly created company will mainly consist of designer-developers with strong software development competencies delivering state-of-the-art technology. This team will collaborate closely with Generix Group’s R&D contributors based in France and in Canada. In addition, the designer-developers will act as an extended agile team to support our WMS, TMS and dematerialization solutions.
